Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Aral Abroad is hiring a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Open to graduates of Marketing, Communication, Tourism, or a related field who can help drive sales and marketing for our study-abroad programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Tourism, or related field
• At least 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or sales support role (experience in the travel, immigration, or education industry is a strong advantage)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including content writing
• Familiar with social media platforms, online advertising, and email marketing tools
• Knowledgeable in CRM systems and lead tracking methods
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a team

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in a visa consultancy, immigration firm, or travel agency
• Familiarity with common visa types (tourist, student, work, migration) and destination countries (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK, Schengen)
• Basic graphic design (Canva or Photoshop) and video editing (Capcut)
• Confident speaking in webinars or client presentations
